Rice cake with apples, raisins and cinnamon
Ingredients for 4 people

200 g Flora Wholemeal rice
½ liter milk
½ liter water
2 apples
1 handful of raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons brown sugar

PREPARATION

Mix water and milk in a saucepan, then add the sugar and rice. Bring to a boil and cook until the liquid has been absorbed and you have a creamy consistency. Meanwhile, dice the apples and soften the raisins in a bowl of warm water. Now add an egg to the rice, cinnamon, apples and raisins. Mix well and place in a buttered and floured baking dish. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve cold.
