To prepare vegan grapefruit and thyme rice, start by chopping and sautéing the onion in a little bit of oil, over low heat, until browned.
Add Flora Whole Meal rice and toast it for one minute, taking care to stir continuously with a wooden spoon.
Add the grapefruit juice, stir well and then add two ladles of hot vegetable broth before the liquid has evaporated. Bring to boil, adding a few ladles of hot vegetable broth each time the rice dries out.
Once the desired cooking time is reached, season with grapefruit zest cut into strips, raw thyme leaves and dried chives.
