Start by washing the peppers and cutting them into pieces. In a pan, brown the shallots with a little bit of oil and add the peppers. Once cooked, turn off the heat and keep them aside. In a pan, with a little bit of oil, sauté the diced swordfish and add the lemon juice. Add pepper to taste. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Once cooked, put it into a bowl and add the peppers and swordfish, mix well and serve.
