Rice salad with celery and peaches
Ingredients for 2 people

320 g Flora Whole meal rice
2 celery ribs
40 g of walnut kernels
2 medium peaches, not too ripe
Arugula for garnish
1 lime
30 g linseed oil
40 g soft mountain cacio cheese
Arugula
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Bring the water to boil, as soon as it boils pour Flora Wholemeal rice, salt and juice of half a lemon, and keep on high heat.

Wash the celery ribs, remove the filaments running the length and cut half an inch thick.

Open the walnuts and take out the kernels, rinse the peaches and cut first into wedges and then into cubes, keep the skin. Dice the soft cheese.
Drain the Flora Whole Meal rice, let it cool and mix it all, garnish with arugula leaves and season with linseed oil and grate lime peel on top.
