Sushi burger with salmon
Ingredients for 2 burgers:

200 g Flora Il Classico rice
200 g salmon
1 avocado
100 g cream cheese
1 cucumber
1 leaf of Nori Seaweed
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
soy sauce to taste
sesame seeds to taste

To prepare the salmon sushi burgers, first cook Flora Il Classico rice in plenty of water. Cook the rice for two minutes longer than the time indicated on the package so that it will thicken more. Once cooked, add one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar, and let cool.

Slice the cucumber into rounds, cut the salmon into thin fillets, peel the avocado and cut it into thin slices.

Now proceed with the assembling of the dish: place a pastry cup directly on the serving plate, add 3 tablespoons of previously cooked rice and press it lightly so that it is compacted. Add the fresh cream cheese and the other previously sliced ingredients and the Nori seaweed.

Top with another layer of rice. Gently remove the pastry cup, sprinkle the top of the burger with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce on the side.
