Start by cooking the rice in milk. When the rice hasa absorbed all the liquid and is cooked, let the mixture cool in a large bowl.
At this point add an egg, flour, sugar and a teaspoon of baking powder.
Grate the zest of a previously washed organic lemon, raisins and cinnamon to your taste. Mix all the ingredients together well.
While the dough rests for a few minutes pour the seed oil into a large frying pan.
When the oil has reached temperature form small balls of dough by helping yourself with a tablespoon and dip them into the pan.
The pancakes will be ready when they have reached an even golden-brown color. Drain them from excess oil and serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar and fresh berries.
