Cook the rice in salted water and let it cool.
Clean the zucchini flowers and remove the pistil inside, being careful not to break the flowers.
After cutting the scamorza cheese into cubes, fill the flowers with some of the rice, add the scamorza cheese and finally more rice.
Then lay the zucchini flowers on a baking sheet greased with a little oil, salt lightly and drizzle with more oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and serve piping hot.
