To make a great cuttlefish and pepper rice, put first the Flora wholemeal rice to cook in half a liter of water.
Meanwhile, dice the pepper and cook it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Blanch the cuttlefish in salted water and add them to the pan along with the peppers and finish cooking them.
Drain the rice and add it to the pan. Season it with thyme, fresh oregano leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
