A creamy risotto, perfect for any occasion.
To prepare our risotto with stracchino cheese with black pepper prepare the vegetable stock (classic recipe).
Cut the onion finely, melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and sauté.
At this point add the 320 gr of Flora Gran Risotto rice and toast it, stirring it, from time to time, with a wooden ladle. Once the rice is toasted, gradually add the stock, until it is cooked according to the time indicated on the package. Turn off the heat and add the stracchino cheese and grated cheese for creaming.
Serve the risotto and sprinkle with large black peppercorn.
